Stuff a stray sock (the sole part) add some fabric, buttons, beads, yarn, doo dads ...and you've got yourself an emotional support doll!!!

Sole Mate jam is a fun way to add creative spirit (doll) to your wellness retreat (see pictures below!), to your social gathering, kid party, team  party, friend gathering..simple techniques that just require imagination  and a playful spirit. I'll bring the materials and tools and some inspiration to take you to some emotional support and creative play.
